Sean McLaurin’s love for cooking began in his grandmother’s kitchen in Jackson, Mississippi. At just 13, he started learning the art of Southern cuisine, discovering the magic of fresh ingredients and home-cooked meals. This early passion blossomed into a lifelong dedication to food, flavor, and hospitality.

 

Today, Sean brings his expertise to Southern Exchange Kitchen, a top-rated mobile kitchen that’s more than just a food truck – it’s a true Southern meals-on-wheels experience. As a proud Black-owned business, we serve up authentic Southern comfort food made from traditional recipes with a modern twist.

 

Sean’s journey includes over 25 years of experience with national restaurants and food companies. He later founded Three Lil Pigs, a seasonal smoked ham and turkey business, allowing him to connect directly with customers through handcrafted products.
